In my long-term position at d-kn GmbH, I worked in the complex environment of B2B fleet and business customer services. I operated at the interface between dealer networks, management, leasing partners and internal departments. My working style has always been shaped by structure, calmness and a strong sense of responsibility.
I was responsible for supporting dealer partners and key business customers within the fleet business and, in parallel, managed a manufacturer bank hotline focused on full-service leasing.
My responsibilities included:
Supporting dealers and business customers in the fleet segment
Clarifying and explaining complex contract structures and guidelines
Controlling and accounting of bonus and premium models in SAP
Creating and maintaining contract and customer documentation
Analysing margins and contract amendments
Creating statistics for registrations, marketing funds and provisions
Evaluating sales promotion campaigns
Creating and calculating leasing offers in cooperation with manufacturers and external leasing partners
Supporting key account managers, field sales and dealer networks
