What I did:
Responsible for the holistic marketing and brand communication of an independent Berlin-based record store with an international online shop. I managed content, social media, online communication and developed creative POS and out-of-home materials.
My focus:
Digital brand communication and content development
Social media strategy and community building
Design of custom POS and out-of-home brand materials
Result:
The store experienced strong international visibility growth, attracting regular customers from Europe, the USA and Australia. In addition, annual revenue growth of approximately 20% year over year was achieved during my time working with the brand. The brand perception was strengthened and a loyal international community was built.
